Property Law

We advise on leases, and sales and purchases of commercial properties, including offices, industrial land and farms. Due to client demand, we also have a significant property law practice for private clients. We are specialists in the sale and purchase of residential properties and advise clients on all aspects of property law and personal asset protection. This includes:

  • Conveyancing – We provide advice and assistance throughout the transaction, from drafting and checking the sale and purchase agreement through to settlement. We will ensure that the matter goes smoothly and that you are kept fully informed of progress.

  • Leases – We advise landlords and tenants on the content and structure of leases and residential tenancy agreements.

  • Family Trusts – We provide advice on estate planning and asset protection. We establish the family trust and can attend to the annual gifting statements.

  • Wills – We have experience in the drawing up of Wills and recommend that any person with personal assets have a valid and up to date Will.

  • Powers of Attorney – We advise on the various types of Powers of Attorney - a Power of Attorney for a specific purpose or period or an enduring Power of Attorney should you become mentally ill or incapable.
