Burrowes and Company is a boutique commercial law firm established in 1997. The principal of the firm is Michael Burrowes, a well known and very experienced commercial and insurance lawyer. Prior to establishing Burrowes and Company, Michael was a partner with national law firm Kensington Swan for 11 years. He was at Kensington Swan for a total of 17 years.

The Burrowes and Company team includes Sharee MacLean (staff solicitor), Heather Olls (legal executive), Helen Hansen (book-keeper), Nick Carey and Helena Hallagan (law clerks). The combination of skills possessed by the Burrowes and Company team members, as well as their commitment to providing excellent client service, has resulted in a tight-knit and confident legal office, which continues to produce excellent results for clients.
